Breakfast Smoothie(Makes 1 Serving) is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 medium banana, 2 tbsp. chopped cashews (optional), 1/2 c. unsweetened tropical-blend fruit juice, 1/2 c. fresh or frozen berries (blueberries, blackberries, raspberries or chopped strawberries) and 1/4 c. plain nonfat yogurt or soy yogurt (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Put banana and half the juice (and the cashews, if desired) in a blender or food processor fitted with a steel blade.
Blend, adding remaining juice gradually, until smooth.
