Carrot Soup
Carrot Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tsp. oil, 1 lb. thinly sliced carrots, 1 large onion, chopped, 2/3 c. chopped celery and 1 1/2 c. diced potatoes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Heat oil.
Add vegetables, garlic and sugar.
Cook, covered, over low heat for 10 minutes.
Stir occasionally.
Add cloves, pepper and chicken broth; boil.
Reduce heat and cook 20 minutes. Remove cloves.
Process ingredients in blender until pureed. Sprinkle with dill weed.
