Chicken-Veggie Stir-Fry is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. miracle whip or miracle whip light dressing, 4 chicken breasts (about 2 lb.) halves, skinned, boned and cut into thin strips, 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. garlic powder, 3 c. fresh cut up vegetables or 1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower and carrots make a good combination) and 3 tbsp. soy sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors.
