Deluxe Peach Ice Cream
Deluxe Peach Ice Cream is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 c. mashed peaches, 1 c. sugar, 3 eggs, 1 1/2 c. sugar and 2 tbsp. all-purpose flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Combine peaches and 1 cup of sugar, stir well, and set aside. Beat eggs with an electric mixer at medium speed until frothy. Combine 1 1/2 cups sugar, flour and salt; stir well.
Gradually add sugar mixture to eggs, beating until thick.
Add milk, mix well.
Pour egg mixture in a large saucepan.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and coats metal spoon (about 15 minutes).
Remove from heat and set pan in cold water; stir gently until cool.
Stir in cream and vanilla.
Add peaches, stirring well.
