Easter Paska
Easter Paska is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. scalded milk, 1/2 tbsp. salt, 6 beaten eggs, 1/2 c. lukewarm water and 1/2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

In a large bowl, combine milk, sugar, salt, butter and cool to lukewarm.
Save 2 tablespoons of the eggs and add the rest to the milk mixture.
Crumble yeast in water and let stand for 10 minutes.
Add to mixture.
Add flour about 2 cups at a time until the dough can be handled.
Knead on floured board for 15 minutes. Place dough in greased bowl, grease top and let rise for 1 1/2 hours.
Knead again and let rise a second time for 45 minutes. After second rising, shape into 4 balls (for round breads) or into 4 loaves.
Place in greased pans.
Let rise for 45 minutes. Brush with 2 tablespoons egg.
Bake at 325Β° for 1 hour.
