Fat-Free Fruit Smoothies
Fat-Free Fruit Smoothies is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. fresh strawberries, 1 small banana, 1 tsp. sugar, 1 to 2 c. crushed ice and water and 4 large fresh strawberries, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth. Pour equally into 4 glasses.
Cut a strawberry partially in half (leaving the top intact) and wedge onto side of the glass.
Serve immediately.
Serves 4.
Other fruits may be used instead of strawberries.
