Ginger Chicken Stir-Fry
Ginger Chicken Stir-Fry is an impressive dinner you can prepare in about 1 hour 42 minutes. Made with c. teriyaki sauce, c. water, . skinned, boned chicken breast, cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces, . vegetable oil and medium onion, cut into 8 wedges, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Combine teriyaki sauce and 1/4 cup water in shallow baking dish; add chicken pieces, coating well.
Cover and refrigerate 2 hours.
Drain marinade from chicken.
Heat oil in large skillet or wok; stir-fry chicken and onion until chicken is slightly browned.
Stir in vegetables, ginger and wine.
Cover and simmer 4 to 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender-crisp.
Combine cornstarch and water in small bowl until smooth.
Gradually add to skillet, stirring constantly until thickened.
