Homemade Noodles
Homemade Noodles is an easy dinner. Made with 1 egg, beaten, 2 tbsp. milk, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1 c. sifted all-purpose flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Combine egg, milk and salt.
Add flour.
Dough should be stiff.
If not, add a little more flour.
Roll very thin on floured surface.
Let stand 20 minutes.
Roll up like jelly roll and slice 1/8-inch thick.
Spread noodles out on wax paper to dry, about 2 hours.
Drop into boiling broth.
Boil 15 to 20 minutes until tender.
