Jambalaya(Low Calorie)
Jambalaya(Low Calorie) is an impressive dinner. Made with 4 skinned, boned chicken breasts, 1/4 tsp. ground red pepper, 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper, 1 lb. low-fat smoked turkey sausage and 2 1/4 c. chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Boil chicken until tender and cut into cubes; set aside.
Coat skillet with cooking spray.
Add onion and next 5 ingredients; saute until tender.
