Pork Broccoli Stir-Fry
Pork Broccoli Stir-Fry is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. pork, thinly sliced, 1 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil, 1 c. broccoli florets, sliced, 1/2 c. green pepper, thinly sliced and 3 cloves garlic, minced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In a large skillet stir-fry pork, until no longer pink. Remove pork from skillet, and keep in warm place.
In the same skillet, stir-fry broccoli about 2 to 3 minutes.
Add green pepper and garlic, cook for 2 minutes.
Stir in the mushrooms, cook 2 minutes longer.
In a small bowl combine cornstarch, chicken broth and soy sauce, until smooth, and stir into skillet.
Bring to a boil, cook and stir constantly until thickened.
Return pork to the skillet, heat through.
Serve over rice or noodles.
