Salmon with Cilantro Salsa

Made with 2 salmon fillets (about 4 lb. total), 3/4 c. lime juice, 1/3 c. olive oil, 2/3 c. green onions (including tops), thinly sliced and 2 pickled jalapeño chilies, stemmed and finely chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Lay fillets, skin side down, in a 9 x 13-inch baking pan. Evenly drizzle 2 tablespoons of lime juice over the fillets.
In a small bowl, combine remaining lime juice, onions, jalapeños, cilantro and olive oil; spread 1/2 cup of the cilantro salsa over 1 fillet.
The other fillet, skin side up, atop the first, fitting together neatly.
If made ahead, cover and chill salmon up to overnight.
