Spinach Salad with Curry Dressing
Spinach Salad With Curry Dressing is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 bunches spinach, 1 red onion, 2/3 c. oil, 1/4 c. wine vinegar and 2 tbsp. white wine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Wash spinach; pinch off leaves and discard stems.
Pat the leaves dry on paper towels and wrap in towels and refrigerate until ready to use.
Slice onion in rings and separate.
Combine the oil, vinegar, wine, soy sauce, sugar, mustard, curry powder, salt and pepper in a jar with a tight fitting lid.
Shake until mixed.
The dressing can be made ahead.
Tear the spinach into bite size pieces; add onion and any other garnishes desired.
