Tabouli Salad
Tabouli Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 large bunches parsley, 1/3 c. cracked wheat, 2 c. water, warm, 1 1/2 bunches green onions and 2 large tomatoes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Wash parsley; drain and shake out excess moisture.
Soak cracked wheat in warm water in large bowl until it appears dry. Set aside.
Remove stems from parsley; chop fine.
Chop onions fine.
Chop 1 celery stick fine.
Dice tomatoes and 1 cucumber. Squeeze out excess water from cracked wheat and place in large bowl.
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
Chill and serve.
