Chicken or Veal Marsala
Chicken Or Veal Marsala is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 to 5 tbsp. butter, chicken, flour, 1 to 2 cloves garlic and 1/2 lb. mushrooms, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Melt butter in large skillet.
Add garlic; cook until softened. Flour chicken and cook until brown on both sides.
Remove and put in shallow baking dish.
Add to same skillet (do not wash) the 1 tablespoon butter, mushroom and onions; brown.
Add Marsala wine and bring to boil.
Simmer 2 minutes and pour over meat.
Bake 20 minutes at 350Β°.
