Chicken Stir-Fry
Chicken Stir-Fry is an easy dinner. Made with 3 to 4 boneless, skinned chicken breasts, soy sauce, 3 to 4 c. raw chopped vegetables (broccoli, carrots, onions and pea pods), 1 small can water chestnuts and cooking oil for frying, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Slow cook chicken breasts in crock-pot, marinating occasionally with soy sauce.
Cut up chicken when done in small squares.
Quickly fry in oil raw veggies until tender but crunchy. Add water chestnuts, stir quickly for about 15 seconds.
Remove from wok or frypan.
Add chicken to veggies and pour over prepared rice or pasta.
Add soy sauce to taste.
Can also add bean sprouts, zucchini or almonds if your family allows it.
