Finnish Kropsu(Baked Pancake)
Finnish Kropsu(Baked Pancake) is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 eggs, 1/2 c. sugar, 1 tsp. salt, 2 c. milk and 1 1/4 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Put all ingredients except butter into a bowl.
Beat with a rotary beater or an electric mixer.
Batter will be very thin. Melt butter in 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
When butter is melted, add about half of it to batter, leaving remaining butter in pan.
Pour batter over hot butter in pan and bake at 375Β° for 30 minutes. Will puff up while baking.
Good served with syrup, jam, jelly or honey.
Cut into squares to serve.
