Fletch's Flank Steak
Fletch'S Flank Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with flank steak, 2 large garlic cloves, minced, 1 onion, sliced thin, 1/4 c. olive oil and 3/4 c. dry red wine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Saute onion in olive oil until golden.
Add garlic; cook for 2 minutes.
Stir in red wine vinegar; reduce by half.
Add wine and beef broth; simmer for 5 minutes.
Cool marinade and pour over flank steak placed in a glass or ceramic dish.
Marinate in the refrigerator for 48 hours, turning steak every 12 hours.
Grill flank steak and baste using marinade.
Strain remaining marinade. Warm and serve as sauce.
