Grilled Lemon Chicken
Backyard chicken quarters basted in a buttery lemon-Worcestershire sauce with a hit of Tabasco. Bright, smoky, and made for summer evenings.

Rinse chicken and pat dry.
Season with salt and pepper. Combine margarine, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco sauce in saucepan.
Cook over low heat until margarine melts; mix well.
Brush over chicken.
Place chicken on grill.
Add 3 presoaked hickory chips to coals.
Grill over low coals for 1 1/2 hours or until chicken is tender, turning and basting frequently.
