Homemade Noodles
Homemade Noodles is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. flour, 1 whole egg, 1/4 to 1/2 c. water, 3 egg yolks and 2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Add eggs and salt to flour and mix thoroughly with your hands. Add water 1 teaspoon at a time until dough forms a ball.
Knead on a floured board or counter until smooth (10 minutes).
Cover and let stand for 10 minutes.
Divide in 4 parts.
Roll dough one part at a time (keep others covered) on a floured board to desired thickness.
Cut noodles to desired width.
Let dry on a towel, about 2 hours.
When dry, break into smaller pieces.
Cook as desired until tender (12 to 15 minutes).
