Honey Oatmeal Muffins(Low-Fat) is an moderately easy dinner. Combine oats, both flours, sugar, baking powder and salt in a large bowl.
Make a well in the center of mixture.
Combine milk, egg substitute, honey and oil.
Add to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened.
Spoon in muffin pan coated with vegetable cooking spray, filling 2/3 full.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
Remove from pans immediately.
Yields 12 muffins.
