Indian Fry Bread

In a bowl, mix dry ingredients.
Slowly add cold water, a little at a time, until dough forms.
Divide into balls about the size of a softball.
On a floured surface, roll balls out into an even circle about 1/4-inch thick.
In a large frying pan, heat lard or oil on medium heat.
Oil should be about 1-inch deep. Place fry bread in pan.
Flip with tongs. When lightly brown on both sides, remove and place on paper towels.
