Savory Shrimp Stir-Fry
Savory Shrimp Stir-Fry is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper, 1 lb. medium shrimp, peeled and deveined, 2 tbsp. oil and 3 large cloves garlic, minced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Toss shrimp into salt and pepper mixture to coat.
Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet.
Add shrimp and stir over high heat 2 to 3 minutes.
Remove from skillet.
Add garlic and green onions to skillet and stir over medium heat 1 minute.
Add pea pods, vegetables and chicken broth to pan and stir over medium heat 3 to 4 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
Return shrimp to pan and cook, stirring, 1 to 2 minutes.
