Made with 1 bunch broccoli, cut into flowerets, 1 head cauliflower, cut into flowerets, 1/4 c. water, 4 carrots, sliced diagonally and 1 medium onion, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In covered wok or electric frypan, steam broccoli and cauliflower for 5 minutes.
Pour off water.
Add carrots, onion and sesame oil; stir-fry 3 to 4 minutes.
Add zucchini and mushrooms, stirring constantly.
Add pea pods; fry 3 minutes.
Do not overcook.
Serve immediately.
Sprinkle soy sauce over vegetables.
