Vegetable Stir-Fry
Vegetable Stir-Fry is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 3/4 c. broccoli florets, 1 3/4 c. cauliflower florets, 1 bunch chopped green onions, 6 large mushrooms, sliced and 1/2 large bell pepper, cut in strips, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Blanch broccoli and cauliflower for 3 minutes.
Heat oil in skillet, then put broccoli and cauliflower in hot oil along with other vegetables.
Stir continuously until peppers are tender but still crisp.
Add soup and ginger and heat a few minutes longer. Heat until the soup and ginger are of liquid consistency.
Makes approximately 3 servings.
(Chicken breast, raw shrimp or turkey breast may be added to make one skillet meal.
Chop and cook meat first, then add the vegetables.)
