Beef Stew(Caldereta Style) is an impressive soup you can prepare in about 1 hour 10 minutes. Made with beef, . garlic, vinegar, soy sauce and peppercorn or powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Cut beef into desired sizes.
Marinate for an hour or two with: garlic, vinegar, soy sauce, peppercorn or powder, salt to taste, Pirim's sauce (squeeze of liquid from meat and fry with just enough oil until brown).
Then add a little water (enough to cook), sliced onion, pickles, olives, tomato sauce or paste, bay leaf, red pepper (sliced), the liquid off the meat and a little sugar.
Cook until tender (pressure cooker only 15 minutes).
