Meat Loaf(For Those Who Don'T Like Dry Meat Loaf) is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 lb. ground beef (cheap), 1/2 c. onion, chopped (1 medium), 1/2 green pepper, chopped (not 1/2 c.), 1/4 c. celery, chopped or 1/4 tsp. celery salt and 2 tsp. lawry's seasoned salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

In medium bowl, mix milk, eggs and all spices (not tomato sauce).
Add bite size bread chunks and let soak.
In a large bowl, mix meat and vegetables; add milk, bread and spice mixture. Blend well (hands work best).
Turn into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish; hand form into 2 low meat loaves.
Press 4 fingers in a line into meat loaf to make 3 channels in the top of each loaf.
Cover top of loaves with cracker crumbs, then tomato sauce.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
Serves 8 to 10; can be cut in half.
Can be doubled for a crowd.
