Berry Banana Smoothie
Berry Banana Smoothie is an easy dinner. Made with 1 banana, peeled, cut up and frozen, 1/4 c. fresh or frozen assorted berries (strawberries, blackberries or raspberries), 1 c. orange juice, 3 tbsp. low-fat vanilla yogurt and sliced fresh strawberries (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Freeze cut up banana in a plastic bag, then use pieces straight from freezer.
In a blender container, combine the frozen banana pieces, desired berries, orange juice and yogurt.
Cover and blend until smooth.
