Homemade Egg Noodles
Homemade Egg Noodles is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. gold medal flour (all-purpose), 3 egg yolks, 1 egg, 2 tsp. salt and 1/4 to 1/2 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Measure flour into bowl; make a well in center and add egg yolks, whole egg and salt.
Thoroughly mix into flour.
Add water, 1 tablespoon at a time.
Form dough into a ball.
Knead until smooth and elastic.
Cover; let rest 10 minutes.
Divide dough into 4 equal parts.
Roll dough 1 part at a time into paper-thin rectangle.
Cut dough crosswise into 1/8-inch strips for narrow noodles and place on towel to dry about 2 hours.
When dry, break into smaller strips.
Cook in 3 quarts water or broth.
Add cooked chicken or any kind of meat.
