Potato Pancakes
Potato Pancakes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 large potatoes (3 lb.), 1 small onion, 1/3 c. all-purpose flour, 1/8 tsp. pepper and cold water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Peel potatoes; rinse under running cold water.
Grate potatoes and onion into a large bowl, half filled with cold water.
Line colander with clean towel or cheesecloth and pour potatoes and onion in to drain.
Squeeze potatoes and onions with towel to remove as much water as possible.
The drier the potatoes, the better the pancakes will be.
