Stir-Fry
Stir-Fry is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. vegetable oil (canola, corn, safflower), 1 c. lean chicken, pork loin or beef round, sliced in strips or legumes, 1 c. chopped carrots, 1 small onion, chopped and 1 c. chopped broccoli (stems and flowers), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Chop meat and vegetables.
Set aside.
Heat wok or frypan. Add oil.
Add chopped carrots and onion and stir for 2 to 3 minutes.
Add remaining vegetables.
Stir until they are tender but do not overcook.
Push vegetables to the side.
Add meat, ginger, pepper and soy sauce.
Stir until done.
Stir meat and vegetables together.
Serve with brown rice.
