Stir Fry Beef And Broccoli is an impressive dinner. Made with 12 oz. sirloin steak, 1 tbsp. cornstarch, 1 tsp. sesame oil, 12 oz. broccoli, cut into small florets and 4 scallions, sliced diagonally, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Trim the beef and cut into thin slices across the grain.
Cut each slice into thin strips.
Toss in the cornstarch to coat thoroughly.
Heat sesame oil in a preheated wok or nonstick frying pan.
