Stir-Fry Cabbage
Stir-Fry Cabbage is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 medium green cabbage, 1 small onion, sliced, 2 small carrots, grated, 1 tbsp. olive oil and 1/2 tsp. salt (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Wash and drain cabbage wedges and carrot sticks.
Coarsely shred cabbage and grate carrots.
Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat until hot.
Add grated carrots and stir-fry for 1 minute; add cabbage, onion, garlic powder, red pepper, salt and sugar.
Stir-fry for 3 additional minutes or until vegetables are tender.
Stir ingredients constantly.
Yields approximately 5 servings.
