Tabouli(Greek Salad) is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. dark bulgar wheat, 1 c. boiling water, 2 tsp. salt, 1/4 c. lemon or lime juice and 1 tsp. crushed garlic, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix bulgar, boiling water and salt in pan. Cover and let stand 20 to 30 minutes or until bulgar is chewable (water is absorbed). Add lemon juice, garlic, oil, mint and pepper.
Mix and refrigerate 2 to 3 hours.
Add veggies before serving.
Add cheese and mix. (Salt may be omitted since the cheese is salty.)
