Terang Bulan
Terang bulan is a thick Indonesian-Dutch street pancake with a honeycombed crumb and rich filling. The pancake cooks in a heavy pan until the surface bubbles, then is folded around butter, sugar, chocolate sprinkles, peanuts, cheese, or condensed milk.
