Lemon-Garlic Round Steak
Lemon-Garlic Round Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Place meat in shallow dish.
Heat oil.
Add garlic and lemon. Saute until lemon peel is lightly browned.
Pierce meat deeply at intervals with fork.
Pour hot oil over meat.
Place lemon and garlic pieces around steak.
Turn meat in marinade.
Cover. Marinate at room temperature for 1 to 2 hours or in refrigerator for 6 to 12 hours.
Turn meat 2 or 3 times.
Remove steak.
Reserve marinade.
Place steak on broiler rack.
Broil 4 to 5 inches from heat for 5 minutes until browned.
Turn; brown other side about 5 minutes.
