Pork Stir-Fry
Pork Stir-Fry is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. lean pork, 1 bunch fresh broccoli, 2 peeled carrots, 1 medium onion and 2 tbsp. salad oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cut pork into 1/4-inch strips.
Slice broccoli stalks into thin rounds, about 1/8-inch thick.
Break broccoli head into small flowerets.
Cut carrots in half crosswise; then cut into thin strips, about 1/4-inch thick.
Cut onion in thin strips, about 1/4-inch thick.
Heat oil and garlic in wok or skillet.
Add pork and broccoli stems; cook, stirring constantly, over high heat until pork is no longer pink.
Add carrots, onion and flowerets. Reduce heat, cook, covered, 5 minutes, until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
Combine remaining ingredients and pour into skillet.
Simmer for 2 minutes until sauce is thick.
Serve over rice, if desired.
